Regional Product Management Executive

Job Description :

Business Planning

  • Develop realistic business plan
  • Competitors analysis
  • Market share/size analysis
  • Product Analysis

Product Life Cycle Management

  • Develop pricing strategy for the region with full consideration of exchange rate, FDI and channel profitability
  • Develop products Value positions thru RTM/GTM planning
  • Ensure goods availability thru Forecast from market
  • Execute products programming thru both RTM and GTM planning cycle
  • Manage products phase in / phase out methodically

Marketing Strategies

  • Assets creation for E2E solutions for products
  • Develop full deck including sales kits / sales campaign / and channel kits for all 6 countries
  • Develop / execute products plan with all 6 countries timely

Preferred Candidates:

  • Degree in Marketing / Diploma in Marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • 2-3 years product management experience
  • Highly-motivated, striving for excellence, sales results driven.
  • Ability to work with different culture for this regional role
  • Possess strong business acumen to support all 6 countries
  • Resourceful in information gathering and effective communication to all relevant parties
  • Excellent listening skillsets to uncover/isolate challenges
  • Strong Team players

Regional Engineer (Printer)


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Training

  • Understand the new product, through attending trainings and learning from various internal sources.
  • Prepare the training material and information.
  • Organise and conduct training programs to engineers in the region.
  • Evaluate the engineer’s capabilities through regular tests
  • Prepare training calendar.

Product QA

  •  Window point for all the technical escalation from the region.
  • Simulate the problems and provide suitable solution.
  • Engage with Regional headquarters for technical matters.
  • Interact with Regional headquarters, Sales team and countries for any specific product rework and market recovery plan.

New Product

  • Align with internal state holder on support structure.
  • If there is any need, evaluate the new product to understand the specs and key features for proactive support. Hardware, Application.
  • Upload drivers and updates to the company website

Online Information Sharing

  • Update CS intranet and internal Technical sites for Service kits, product information for Regional engineers and Service partner sharing.
  • Maintain E learning system and conduct online training sessions.

Product Performance Report

  • Prepare regular and special reports for the assigned products.
  • Feedback to parts planning on the failure trend and abnormal cases to assist the parts stocking.

Visits

  • Visiting customer locations for evaluation of the situation and performing any escalated repairs. 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Relevant Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience on the job
  • Field engineer experience in printing industry

Regional Engineer (C&I)

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Training

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Engineering with at least 2 year of relevant working experience on Large Format Printer and Scanner.
  • Ability to analyse wide range of products hardware failures, repair and troubleshoot to component level. 
  • Knowledge of wide range of applications related to printing, Wired and wireless networking and product specific industry knowledge.
  • Basic colour management skill.
  • Experience as a technical trainer

Regional Sales Engineer / Account Manager

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Channel Network Management

  • Manage existing partners
  • Expand network

Accounts Management

  • Manage existing accounts
  • Develop new accounts

Presales Activities

  • Work with pre-sales team to propose correct products specifications
  • Prepare quotations

Sales Actvities

  • Promote products to markets to generate leads
  • Identify and appoint new partners
  • Develop sales forecasts
  • Provide market intelligences to management
  • Coordinate with HQ to meet customer’s required delivery schedules
  • Negotiate with customers on prices, terms and conditions
  • Execute customer’s purchases Work with inter-departments to fulfil customer’s purchases

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics in recognised tertiaries/universities

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years sales and application experience in factory automation environment
  • Good knowledge of Manufacturing industry
  • Able to handle channel partner’s expectation
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good with Microsoft excel and MS office tools
